Townsends, Inc.
Townsends, Inc. is a 118-year old company providing manufactured poultry products to the food service industry. Townsend's goal was to initiate a major Human Resources campaign that demonstrated that their people come first. The on-going implementation of several company-wide improvements was designed to show that Townsends is a great place to work! We were brought in to lead the effort in creating the marketing slogan, designing the logo and managing the production of all collateral signage and materials. It was important that all employees, whether at the corporate or factory level, witnessed the major improvements brought about through this 'World Cup' initiative. The company's requirement for Spanish translation to appeal to the many Spanish-speaking associates was integrated into all materials produced.
